Co-living & co-working is suitable for anyone who wants to take advantage of and enjoy the benefits of community living: personal and professional interaction, shared activities, and simply having a good time. It's therefore ideal for anyone who enjoys meeting and interacting with new people and isn't tied to a fixed work location.

Unfortunately, the house cannot be viewed in advance for the following reasons:
- Maintaining the privacy of the shared apartment
- Equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of whether you come from the region or live abroad
- Detailed pictures of the house, rooms and property on our website and social media

Prices vary depending on the type of room and the length of stay. The price includes the room rent and the unique co-living & co-working experience in the Madeira home office. Additional living expenses (food, possible rental car, leisure activities) would be added. Groceries are shared communally using the "Splitwise" app. Optionally, each resident can contribute to the shared car rental to keep individual costs as low as possible.

Due to regular room changes and house cleaning, check-in is always from 5 p.m. The house is easily accessible from the airport or Funchal by public transport. If you'd like to arrive comfortably by taxi for a small fee, we can provide you with the number of our trusted taxi driver. Upon arrival at the house, a host will welcome you and give you a detailed tour of the house and its facilities. Over dinner, you'll surely get to know the rest of the Home Office Madeira community in person!
